Though it’s delayed possession because of COVID-19, Phase one already delivered successfully with Tandem Parking for each apartment. Developer has collected maintenance charges for TWO years, but handing over to registered society in EIGHT month with balance fund.

Shoddy work and bad management
Our family is a recent buyer at Risland India. Our experience with them has been terrible. It is not just my experience alone but of majority of the home buyers. Their ready to shift in apartment is incomplete with a broken stairwell. Also they do not respond to queries and also refuse to show flats before giving possession. This is the situation after 6 yrs since commencement of work. Please be careful before investing in any of their under construction properties. Do so at your own risk.

My family a buyer at Risland India’s Thane project. Our experience with the builders and the management has been terrible. This isn’t my opinion alone but that of the majority of people who have purchased a flat there. Their Phase 1 construction that started in 2018 is still incomplete and shoddily done even though it is up for possession. When we inquire about the incomplete work, we get no answers. They have a hopeless customer service and a thuggish management. The stairwell of their new building is broken and incomplete above the 7th floor. It is a risk to the residents using it. They very callously flout court agreements and rightfully belong in prison.
Please do your due diligence before investing in any of their under construction properties.
